Background: Proximal tibial fractures refer to that occur in the upper part of tibia, which is larger bone lower leg. The present study was conducted assess management proximal by locking compression plate. Materials & Methods: 70 both genders were treated with MIPO and ORIF. Parameters such as side, type fracture, reduction, principal, operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, healing time etc. recorded. Results: Out patients, males 40 females 30. Side left 32 right 38.
